Team Rules
The Xgamers Team regards and puts fair rules to everyone for a democratic team that would consist of people to hangout. There are a number of rules the owner has set. This may have exceptions especially to members ranked higher in our team and rules may not always apply in specific cases. Members outside our team that have broken some rules may be put an eye by the Xgamers Team. The team aims to not enforce the rules in strict ways unless otherwise noted so.
The members of our team are advised to be aware of real-life laws and that the Xgamers Team can take action in case of violation. Our members must also follow specific agreements set by the high ranked members which are as follow: Ranks 0, 1, 1.5, 1.6 and 2. More in Agreements.
Agreement Code: Rules 6-18-2022

This is a severe rule to break which can lead to a kick or ban.
This rule applies to both outsiders and members of our team and all possible cases involved will be equally treated.
2a. No threats: Threats are not allowed in our team. Threats can break a number of other rules which may involve more than one individual and in the final, more severe moderation actions may be taken. This can especially become serious when threats include harm or even death to anyone. Despite that, threats can also be much more unimportant, however, this does not mean no moderation actions shall be taken.
This is a rule that can vary to moderation actions.
This rule applies to both outsiders and members of our team and cases that may involve an outsider will be treated more seriously.
2b. No begging: Begging is not permitted in our team and begging anyone to do anything including actions that the Xgamers Team has deemed inappropriate can have some serious repercussions. However, begging may not always be the same case. Begging examples include:
Challenges, which may have a bad and dangerous ending and in turn, more serious moderation.
Moderation actions on a user, for example unbanning someone or upgrading their rank.

Members with permission can partially bypass this rule.

Scamming, which means lying to someone in order to manipulate them and do inappropriate actions against them. This can also break Rule A2c and Rule A7 as most scamming cases include lying and impersonating people.
Phishing, methods of taking advantage of someone’s object, most commonly being devices by using third party tools. IP grabbers and information gatherers that can absorb someone’s information without them knowing is a serious violation that can further break Rule A4bii.
This is a severe rule to break that often leads to kick or ban.

Hacking, hijacking anyone’s device is absolutely not allowed. Severe cases of hacking such as DDoS as well as injecting viruses to members can take the most serious form.
Cracking, breaking into someone’s account or generally bypassing safety and security levels such as passwords of secured places and this can lead the Xgamers Team to take serious action.
Leaking, which can be by far the a very serious rule violation by its beginning. This includes leaking someone’s private information to a closed group if eventually found. The more serious case is to post such information to the public and publicize it, known as doxing and at this point, the Xgamers Team can even take legal action.
This is a severe rule to break that often leads to kick or ban.
This rule applies to both outsiders and members of our team and cases that may involve an outsider will be treated more seriously.
Members can bypass Rule A4bi and Rule A4bii as long as it comes to ethical hacking only which intends zero damage or harm to anyone.
5. No suspiciousness: Suspiciousness is a serious violation if found and can include everyone. Some examples of suspiciousness are treated as violations:
Appearing as another person to avoid moderation actions, which can break Rule A7 as well.
Spying through the Xgamers Team and taking advantage of secrets or betraying the team.
Organizing suspicious and inappropriate events, such as secret dramas and organized raids.

Impersonating members of our team, including the high ranked members or other members.
Impersonating other people with the indent to manipulate members which can potentially break Rule 4ai.
This is a severe rule to break that often leads to kick or ban.
This rule applies to both outsiders and members of our team and cases that may involve an outsider will be treated more seriously.
Section B - Specification
This part consists of extra rules reinforced to high ranked members and other officials.
1. General rules: All general rules apply to everyone. Exceptions can be made which may be found under each rule is there is one or specifically in Section C. High ranked members may be given permissions to bypass some of them.
2. Rank restrictions: This restricts members to go any higher nor fill a specific rank more than its allowed threshold. Thus, each rank set has its own eligibilities:
Owner (Rank 0): The owner will always be the one who will fully administrate and own the Xgamers Team without an exception and the actual head of the team.
Leader (Rank 1): The leader of the team is the highest achievable rank. The owner can take the rank of Rank 1 altogether as well. Only 1 leader is allowed, however, under rare cases such as during dramas, 2 leaders are allowed which is the maximum capacity.
Co-Leaders (Rank 1.5): Co-leaders are next to the leader, which is technically the highest achievable rank. Co-Leaders are important members that work along with the leader to keep the team active. Only 2 co-leaders are allowed if the members ranked 2 are less than 5. However, if members ranked 2 are less than 10, 3 co-leaders are allowed which is the maximum capacity.
Administrators (Rank 1.6): Administrators have the responsibility to keep control of the Xgamers Team when the leader or the co-leaders are absent and therefore make sure rules are not violated. Only a specific number of administrators is allowed and they must be ranked 2 or more in order to obtain the rank. This rank is an optional and descriptive rank.
Crew (Rank 2): Crew consists of friends and closer as well as important members to the Xgamers Team. The maximum capacity is 20.
Friends (Rank 2.5): Friends is another descriptive rank that describes the friends of each member. This varies for each member and it may not be official in the Xgamers Team. This information will not ever be shared unless the member themselves does which is allowed. This can happen if the member assigns the specific rank to their friends anywhere.
Members (Rank 3): Members are the vast majority of people that build the team. There is not a limit, but they may not be counted if they are too many.
3. Administrator rules: Administrators depending on their ranks have specific rights and permissions. Higher ranked members have more permissions. However, abusing power leads to breaking rule A1iv. The allowed powers of each administrator are as follows:
Administrators ranked 2.0:
Can add members or anyone else that requested to join the Xgamers Team without a limit.
Can assign teams but will require permission from the owner.
Can use special behavior involving the bypass of specific rules mention in Section C.
Can mute members if they have broken a rule.
Cannot kick members without permission from the owner.
Cannot unassign teams unless they assign the specific team themselves after approval. They will still require permission from the owner in order to proceed.
Cannot ban members without permission from the owner.
Cannot change members’ ranks without permission from the owner.
Administrators ranked 1.5:
Can add members or anyone else that requested to join the Xgamers Team without a limit.
Can assign teams.
Can use special behavior involving the bypass of specific rules mention in Section C.
Can mute members if they have broken a rule.
Can kick members.
Can unassign teams.
Cannot ban members without permission from the owner.
Can change members’ ranks, including ranks 3, 2, and 1.6
Administrators ranked 1:
Can add members or anyone else that requested to join the Xgamers Team without a limit.
Can assign teams.
Can use special behavior involving the bypass of specific rules mention in Section C.
Can mute members if they have broken a rule.
Can kick members.
Can unassign teams.
Can ban members.
Can change members’ ranks, including ranks 3, 2, 1.6 and 1.5.
4. Rank replacements: This depends on what will happen to members of the Xgamers Team for each situation and how they will be replaced. Specifically:
Owner (Rank 0): If the owner is gone with confirmed inactivity of more than 90 days or 3 months, members ranked 1.5 or higher shall have a competition on who to get the title unless so, it is only 1. The owner will determine the candidate owner in case of such event before. However, if the original owner comes for whatever reason, the title must be given back.*2
Leaders (Rank 1.0): If there is more than 1 leader and either of them is gone, the other leader will automatically take the title. However, if only 1 of them are which in case is the owner usually, the same as for Rank 0 shall be done.
Co-Leaders (Rank 1.5): If the co-leaders have a confirmed inactivity of more than 120 days or 6 months, the owner will determine the most important for the next co-leaders to take place.
Administrators (Rank 1.6): If the administrators are absent for the same reasons mentioned above, they shall follow the same as for Rank 1.5, even if they are ranked 2. The owner may pick the next administrators, usually being co-leaders. The inactivity period for the administrators highly depends on their actual rank.
Crew (Rank 2) and Members (Rank 3): If the crew or members are absent for more than 360 days or 1 year, they will be downgraded.
Inactivity periods: Under each rank is mentioned the standalone inactivity period required to be downgraded. However, the owner usually determines that and it might be shorter or longer, depending on the case. There may be cases where the member may be kicked entirely in a small period of time if they have confirmed to not be active in the Xgamers Team ever again. Inactivity periods may last around 360 days or 1 year.
5. Team modification: Only the owner can make full modifications to the Xgamers Team. Such modifications are not allowed by other members, even if they have the highest ranks:
Modifying the team, including changing the name of the team, the ranks and other characteristics that define it.
Modifying or making special documents for the team, such as agreements or rules. Agreements can however be requested by members and signed without the owner however and the owner will officialize them. This most often includes peace treaties.
High ranked members can still recommend changes involving these restrictions and have higher chances of approval.
Section C - Informative
This part consists of option and informative rules and explains the functionality of the team.
1. Rule Bypassing: As mentioned below in each rule of Section A if it has, specific rules or sub-rules can be bypassed as long as criteria are met.
2. Events: Specific events, mainly dramas or arguments, online or not can also make the members bypass rules. Specifically:
Members can bypass all rules except A2b, A5 and partially A6 and A7. However, high ranked members will always determine if those rules can be bypassed but it may be rare. Despite that, Rule C3 explains the method.
3. Spectrum: The Xgamers Team has set a spectrum between our team and the outsiders or other members, meaning that specific relations are mentioned:
Friendly relations, meaning the member despite their ranks, whether they are inside the team or not to have friendly relations. As such, no member shall bypass any of the rules mentioned in Rule C2.
Neutral relations, meaning the member despite their rank, whether they are inside the team or not to have neutral relations. As such, bypassing any of the rules mentioned in Rule C2 is only done under certain circumstances only.
Enemy relations, meaning the member despite their rank, whether they are inside the team or not to have enemy relations. Therefore, members can bypass and follow what Rule C2 says.
This rule is dependent on Rule C1 of course.
4. Other actions: Specific actions and behavior shown by the member can change moderation actions or anything else. Therefore:
Apology, which can convince the high ranked members to lift off some moderation actions from anyone or further improve relations. Rarer cases mean unbanning someone and cancelling agreements. Sometimes however, in more serious cases, the owner must agree and take the final decision.
Joking reasons, which means that for a joke sometimes rules may be broken. However, because high ranked members show common sense shown, they will not take those as violations, always depending on the case.
Positive events, which can potentially further improve relations with a member or someone who has broken rules.
1. The LGBTQ+ community is NOT supported nor protected by the Xgamers Team. Everyone is treated equally and will not .
2. The next candidate owner is decided to be Shxde.
