Agreements, peaces or treaties signed by members of the Xgamers Team, which ensure additional safety and organization in our team. Private agreements will be posted on a seperate sheet that will require access from the owner. If the owner finds it necessary, then private agreements may be posted there as well.

Agreements that were cancelled, deleted or expired will be deleted. Only active agreements will be shown. If the member is unsure about an agreement and that it was deleted by an accident, it is best to contact to send an email to the Xgamers Team. More information in Contact Us.

Agreement 2023-6-6 EXPIRED

Agreement signed to specify the new decisions taken on history passages posted on Xgamers History. The affected events are:

• Priseis War & Jayla Drama: Events that both involved XX20K in the real life and the online world, with active participation of the Xgamers Team will now be available on the site until further notice, including the incomplete event of Jayla Drama.

• Rory Arnold Drama: Another event that affected XX20K in real life, with most interactions online however. Until released, no plans are being given and will most likely be released.

• London Trip 2022: After delayed decision to be taken, the event will continue to remain private and only the description of about 1,000 words will be available to the public. The 2nd version, which is the Specific version as well as the 3rd version, which is the Personal version will both remain unavailable and can only be requested through email. A decision to make public the Specific version will be held this month.

This agreement is to be verified again on July 1, 2023.

Agreement signed to end the following dispute about the historical events written by XBGamerX and posted on the Xgamers History site, announcing the changes that still persist. The affected events are:

• Priseis War & Jayla War: The 2 events that were taken down in summer 2022 after privacy concerns and request of Shxde. We are not planning to bring them back and will remain private, with special request through email. However, any other mentioning of the events listed will not be a problem as long as it does not leak any information.

• London Trip 2022: As mentioned from the beginning, this event will remain as a small description in public. The 2nd version which is the analytical and the 3rd version which is the private will remain unavailable and can only be requested under certain circumstances through email. We are warning you that your request will most likely be rejected and only the school who organized the trip, the teachers or the participants may receive the files after authorized.

This agreement is to be verified again on June 1, 2023.

Agreement 2022-5-20

Peace signed by XBGamerX and long lasting, will bring peace towards the specific groups, members and other post-war enemies.

• Toxic and his affiliates, Toxic who had his ban date lowered in December 2021 will lift off any other sanctions put by the Xgamers. This also applies to his team as well as his affiliates. They can join the team, however, if any rule is broken again, similar sanctions shall be put.

• The post Gachatubers, a long-lasting conflict that proceeded into a cold war status will have all hateful and cold actions lifted off. The "defeat" of all Gachatubers for the needs of the Xgamers Team has been accomplished as for now and Gachatubers will not be able to join the Xgamers Team ever again. The specified Gachatubers are as follows: SaulSXG, Pixie Playz, Aikakun. Pixie Playz is put an exception where she can join the team without any limitations.

• The Pixel war related, peaces were signed throughout the end of 2020 and beginning of 2021, however, nothing official was declared and therefore, full peace is declared as of now. Pixel and his related affiliates are free of all sanctions and limitations.

• The Priseis war related was terminated long ago and Priseis as well as her affiliates are not enemies of the Xgamers Team anymore. However, she may not join the Xgamers Team until May 31, 2022 at 23:59. 

Agreement 2022-5-18

Agreement signed by XBGamerX, states that the Xgamers Team shall take down any private data kept by the team thereof. The Xgamers Team, will enable full privacy policy and everyone's data will be kept private. Also, the administration of the Xgamers Team inside will strictly not keep information even that of enemies, such as "doxxed" sheets with revealed information, especially inside Xgamers Team official websites, sheets and other documents.

• Users who are in the Xgamers Team will be subject to heavy punishment if they are found to have such information and the Xgamers Team has necessarily decided to not have. Users are still fully allowed to have such information of foreigners to the Xgamers Team, however, they can be subject or even guilty to federal laws and the Xgamers Team will not be responsible of such actions but only to punish the specified user if needed.

The owner, can have specific and basic private information of the Xgamers Team members if they want, stored privately. Such information can be taken down if request from the specified member is declared.

Non-private information will include a basic username and it will be the only indexed information of a specific user or member. Members or users out of our team, will be called by their usernames if they have. Otherwise, their real names will be used, shortening significantly the last name to avoid privacy invasions.

Agreement signed stating that following the improvization of the Xgamers Team, shall keep freedom more in the Xgamers Team and lower down severity of subrules and not too important rules.

Additionally, following the improvization, the service for the ID cards has ended after the update of the Rules and officially took down any joinable rank for the Xgamers Army, which too ended its service last year.
